good selection included access simple room useful addition
The location worked really well. It was easy to get around! breakfast offered a good selection. I was pleased with the variety. spa access being included added extra value to my stay. the room was simple, but it was clean. A kettle and fridge were useful additions.
the room was somewhat small, feeling a bit cramped for an extended stay.

convenient location breakfast option small room noticeable noise
The location is very convenient near the train station. I also appreciated the breakfast options available in the morning it was quite good.
I found the room quite small for my needs. The noise from outside was also noticeable and a bit distracting at times especially during the night.

radiator valves heating system
The staff were friendly. That met my basic expectations.
The room was far too hot. The radiator valves were not working. it was a pretty uncomfortable night. i think they need to look at the heating system.

dream room perfect location chilly bathroom coffee cups
i was in a twin room during my time here, and it seemed like stepping into a dream. the location were so close, it seemed like the city was whispering secrets just for me.
i found the temperature in the bathroom a little chilly for my liking. the service wasn't what i wished for it only made up the bed. Used coffee cups remained untouched.

The hotel's location was advantageous. It provided easy access to many attractions. The staff was very cute, displaying genuine hospitality. I found the breakfast offerings satisfactory, with quality ingredients. I enjoyed a hearty meal each morning. The building possessed noticeable character, with original victorian features creating an immediate visual appeal.
During my visit, i noticed some wear and tear in the hallway carpeting. It was slightly dated.

I found the location convenient, especially coming from the train station. It was just a short walk. The hotel's decor created a cute atmosphere, complemented by the friendly staff. The location near the train station helped much. The room included a king bed and blackout curtains. The breakfast offered sausage and bacon, which I did like. The friendly reception team helped when I need it.
